What is your Return Policy?

If you don't like your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping) within 15 days of receiving. If the item is "not as advertised", damaged, or incorrect, the item must be returned within 10 days of receiving. In that scenario we will refund or replace at our expense, including shipping costs (As long as return shipping cost does not exceed shipping to customer's location). The item must be returned in new condition. Any items that have been modified by the customer are not returnable. Please reach us through the Contact Us page.

What is Blackwood Tek?

Blackwood Tek is an advanced material made from 100% FSC certified Monterey Pine harvested from New Zealand. This sustainable material produced by Madinter is very stable and resistant to temperature and humidity changes. While it's appearance mimics that of rosewood, it's feel leans closer to Maple. Where are Rosenow Guitars made?

We design our guitars in house in Northeast Ohio. These designs are manufactured by Mirr Music of South Korea. Mirr Music's quality and reputation are second to none and they are well known for producing many high-end small guitar brands.

Yes, when purchased directly from our site you are automatically enrolled in our 1 year limited warranty. Details of the warranty are included with you guitar.

Our guitars currently do not come with a case.
